Tyson's story*

Before I started the Care Coordination program, my life was a mess.

I used drugs, gambled my money, had nowhere to live and suffered from depression and anxiety.

I started the program ten months ago.

Since then things have improved heaps as a result of the support I got from my worker.

I have somewhere secure to live, I’ve reduced drugs and gambling and I’ve got a more optimistic outlook on life.
