Submission in response to the consultation paper ‘A social inclusion strategy for Tasmania’

From the outset SARC’s work has been influenced by social exclusion theory. Our research has mapped the complex inter-relating factors which construct barriers to connectedness, opportunity and prosperity. In this response we use this expertise to identify groups experiencing social exclusion and map their experiences. We also discuss what the Government’s social inclusion strategy might look like and how it might be implemented.
