Submission on Australia’s National Drug Strategy Beyond 2009

This submission is based on Anglicare’s program of work in consumer engagement and on our research on the nature and extent of alcohol and drug issues presenting to non-AOD sector services. It focuses on cross-sectoral and partnership approaches, increasing the capacity of the generalist health workforce to identify and respond to substance use problems, and promoting consumer participation activity across the sector.
