Submission to the Joint Select Committee on Gambling Reform Inquiry into Pre-commitment Schemes

In a pre-commitment system, people have to set a money limit before they start gambling and are not allowed to go over that limit. This submission explains why a pre-commitment system could be helpful for people with a gambling problem.
